2022 Employee of the Year goes to…

Penz Auto Group Employee of the Year

Each year, the Penz Auto Group selects one employee from the entire group to be named “Employee of the Year.” The Employee of the Year is someone who has gone above and beyond this year. They excel at what they do and are never afraid to take on new challenges.

This year’s winner was awarded a plaque and a trip to Cancun, Mexico. We opened up the floor for anyone in the company to nominate someone. It was great to see all the nominations and respect for one another.

After all the nominations were in, five finalists were announced.

2022 Winner: Tegin Erickson

We are thrilled to announce that Tegin Erickson has been named Employee of the Year! This recognition is a testament to Tegin’s exceptional performance, dedication, and commitment to the company and our customers.

Tegin has been a valuable member of the Nissan of Rochester Service team for just a year, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our customers love what they drive. Her hard work and positive attitude have earned her the respect of her co-workers, and she has played a key role in helping the company achieve its goals.

In recognition of her achievements, Tegin has been awarded a trip to Cancun, Mexico. This is especially exciting for Tegin, as she has only traveled to Wisconsin, South Dakota, and Florida once. This will be a chance for her to broaden her horizons, experience a new culture, and gain a fresh perspective on the world.
