With the car in for an oil and filter change Service Advisor Madysen at Rochester clearly explained why the front brake pads needed to be replaced and the rear brakes are ok till the next service. All done on time. Nice quiet waiting room with.seating for TV and other seating with work surface. Free snacks, coffee, tea, water.

My car was well taken care of and my license plate holder was temporarily fix. Very pleased.
