We were on a road trip from Utah to Wisconsin when our Subaru started having issues starting. We called this dealership while driving since it was close to our route. They were so kind and were willing to get us an appointment same day. They had us in and repaired within an hour so we could finish the last 5 hours of our trip. We are so grateful!

I have leased 5 Nissan's over the last 12+ years. I have always had great customer service. This time I had trouble. I had a great experience at Rochester GMC. My interfaces with Bennett, Shawn, Jon, and Jason in the parts dept were all positive. They were courteous, answered questions, & were willing to work with me on timing for picking up the new GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate. Jason from the parts dept got a set of weather tech matts on order for me as well. Bennett and Shawn were good to work with on the test drives, on narrowing down the vehicle of choice, and negotiations for final purchase.

My husband and I bought our Buick SUV from Willie yesterday, and the whole experience was honestly SO easy and fun! I had a great experience with Elliott from Subaru of Rochester! Even though I didn’t purchase a Subaru he still took the time and patience to go over items I was looking for and answer every question I had. The process from this dealership was so easy and painless. I have not had the best experience in the past from other car dealerships. At Subaru of Rochester I did not feel pressured, hassled or stressed about my vehicle purchase. My daughter even got a cool t-shirt from Elliott which she wears daily now! They were great!

The whole team at Rochester Subaru was fantastic to work with! Matt provided expert knowledge and was great to work with. The financial team was also great to work with and provided many different options and their best advise. I hope Subaru of Rochester knows how lucky they are to have employees like this team! The one thing that disappointed me was the Military discount. Subaru will recognize a person who served their country and got out within 2 years, but a veteran like me with 8 years of service can not be recognized by Subaru because I have been out since 1977. We both signed up to serve the United States of America and I did it proudly!! The $500 was not a big issue, it was just that Subaru did not recognize my service!! Please Thank the whole team for providing such professional care to my Wife and I!!

Bought a 2024 GMC truck from Preston here at GMC of Rochester. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. I had drove over 2hrs to purchase this truck. It was a wonderful experience. Had shopped the. Internet for vehicles and pricing. Needed to physically see the different models and trim packages. We live in Red Wing and Rochester was closer. The plan was to visit different dealerships and shop. The staff and salespeople at Penz were very friendly. Not pushy. Very accommodating as we looked and test drove 4-6 vehicles. Our salesman ,Gbaorik,was very helpful. If he didn't have the answers,he sought it out quickly. He made it our experience and did a great job. The financing is a whole nother part to the buy. But, Ally,was very professional, not pushy and ww talked through what we wanted for plans and she had good feedback without making us feel uncomfortable if I said "No thanks."i It takes time to buy that car you want,but we finalized and walked out feeling good about the whole experience. It's been awhile since we did a vehicle purchase,especially new. But,they were excellent.

Excellent experience! I have told all of my friends. The customer service tops all. It's immaculate inside and they serve coffee, etc A very nice touch. They support the community in multiple facets. They are very generous to support other great causes. I am in love with my car. I hadn't originally planned on buying a Subaru but I am sold on this whole situation. And they follow up with everything. If you need a vehicle this is the place to go. Hands down. Their theme is "LOVE" and this is evident. Christianity is part of their life and it shows. It was easy to book an appointment online. I was welcomed in to the garage on time. They did a thorough assessment of my car as well as the maintenance that I had asked for. The carwash was down. They gave me a complete readout of all the systems within in my car and their status. Very satisfied.

I feel the sales and financing team at Subaru of Rochester took care of me very well. They kept me informed of the stock, and found me a 2026 Outback Limited (CPO with only 2,500 mi) I live 1 1/2 hours away, so they had it delivered to my house, and picked up my car for trade in. I've never had that option before. The convenience was great, but the down side was no one was there to explain the forms I had to fill out at the time of delivery, and so I had to do some calling. The biggest thing I didn't like was before I came to the dealership I asked them if I was to buy a car there, could I take it to any other dealership for warrenty service. They confirmed absolutely! When it came down to it, when I got on location, they clarified, I could go anywhere, but I would have to pay $100 deductible to go elsewhere for servicing.. I felt that was a "bait & switch", In the end, I used that as leverage on my deal and got that waived for the future. Hopefully there will be no "catches" to that when the event when it arrives.

Subaru of Rochester is truly a wonderful dealership!!! The staff is top notch and professional, Olivia got me into a fantastic 2021 outback that we were talking about over the weekend- said I couldn’t make it until Monday morning and was told it be cleaned and gased up for me to take for a test drive and sure enough Monday morning it was ready for me. I’ll be coming back to Subaru of Rochester for all my future vehicle needs.

Every time I get service done at this location the bar is set a little higher. Zoey is amazing and helped us navigate what was most important for regular service on our high mileage car. With money being tight these days, it is a relief to come to a business that isn’t trying to squeeze more money out of you. They work more as a trusted partner. We live 9 hours away and alway make sure we get our service done here when we are in town.

The whole team at Rochester Subaru was fantastic to work with! Matt provided expert knowledge and was great to work with. The financial team was also great to work with and provided many different options and their best advise. I hope Subaru of Rochester knows how lucky they are to have employees like this team! The one thing that disappointed me was the Military discount. Subaru will recognize a person who served their country and got out within 2 years, but a veteran like me with 8 years of service can not be recognized by Subaru because I have been out since 1977. We both signed up to serve the United States of America and I did it proudly!! The $500 was not a big issue, it was just that Subaru did not recognize my service!! Please Thank the whole team for providing such professional care to my Wife and I!!

It was a wonderful experience. Had shopped the. Internet for vehicles and pricing. Needed to physically see the different models and trim packages. We live in Red Wing and Rochester was closer. The plan was to visit different dealerships and shop. The staff and salespeople at Penz were very friendly. Not pushy. Very accommodating as we looked and test drove 4-6 vehicles. Our salesman ,Gbaorik,was very helpful. If he didn't have the answers,he sought it out quickly. He made it our experience and did a great job. The financing is a whole nother part to the buy. But, Ally,was very professional, not pushy and ww talked through what we wanted for plans and she had good feedback without making us feel uncomfortable if I said "No thanks."i It takes time to buy that car you want,but we finalized and walked out feeling good about the whole experience. It's been awhile since we did a vehicle purchase,especially new. But,they were excellent.

Excellent experience! I have told all of my friends. The customer service tops all. It's immaculate inside and they serve coffee, etc A very nice touch. They support the community in multiple facets. They are very generous to support other great causes. I am in love with my car. I hadn't originally planned on buying a Subaru but I am sold on this whole situation. And they follow up with everything. If you need a vehicle this is the place to go. Hands down. Their theme is "LOVE" and this is evident. Christianity is part of their life and it shows. It was easy to book an appointment online. I was welcomed in to the garage on time. They did a thorough assessment of my car as well as the maintenance that I had asked for. The carwash was down. They gave me a complete readout of all the systems within in my car and their status. Very satisfied.

I feel the sales and financing team at Subaru of Rochester took care of me very well. They kept me informed of the stock, and found me a 2026 Outback Limited (CPO with only 2,500 mi) I live 1 1/2 hours away, so they had it delivered to my house, and picked up my car for trade in. I've never had that option before. The convenience was great, but the down side was no one was there to explain the forms I had to fill out at the time of delivery, and so I had to do some calling. The biggest thing I didn't like was before I came to the dealership I asked them if I was to buy a car there, could I take it to any other dealership for warrenty service. They confirmed absolutely! When it came down to it, when I got on location, they clarified, I could go anywhere, but I would have to pay $100 deductible to go elsewhere for servicing.. I felt that was a "bait & switch", In the end, I used that as leverage on my deal and got that waived for the future. Hopefully there will be no "catches" to that when the event when it arrives.

Subaru of Rochester is truly a wonderful dealership!!! The staff is top notch and professional, Olivia got me into a fantastic 2021 outback that we were talking about over the weekend- said I couldn’t make it until Monday morning and was told it be cleaned and gased up for me to take for a test drive and sure enough Monday morning it was ready for me. I’ll be coming back to Subaru of Rochester for all my future vehicle needs.

Every time I get service done at this location the bar is set a little higher. Zoey is amazing and helped us navigate what was most important for regular service on our high mileage car. With money being tight these days, it is a relief to come to a business that isn’t trying to squeeze more money out of you. They work more as a trusted partner. We live 9 hours away and alway make sure we get our service done here when we are in town.
