My family is definitely brand loyal with 6 out of 8 of my kids owning at least one Subaru in their family plus my mom and sister. Collin took care of me with my latest purchase and I am very happy with it. Rochester Subaru has been great for purchasing and servicing them when necessary.

Our sales associate, Branden, had the Acadia pulled up and ready for a test drive the moment we arrived — no waiting around. The purchase process was smooth from start to finish, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. If you're shopping for a GMC, the drive to Rochester is worth it.

Got a brand new Altima and worked with Brandon McGee and the finance manager, Derek. They both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire experience. The process was painless and together, they made everything go incredibly smoothly. I’m very happy with my purchase and definitely would recommend this dealership.

Low pressure, great deals. I bought my Subaru from a different dealership. My Husband got his 2 years later here. Not only did they show him more about how everything works they taught me things I didn't know mine did. So easy to get to... Not right down town on a busy road. But the biggest seller, when we said no thank you to some of the add ones they offer, they said ok and moved on. The main reason we will never go to the other Subaru dealership.

They go above and beyond to help their customers. They offered to upgrade the vehicle we were looking at to fit our needs. Will definitely be going back for our next vehicle!

My husband and I had a great experience buying a new Crosstrek Sport from Subaru of Rochester. We completed the entire process remotely without ever stepping foot in the dealership, and the car was delivered right to our doorstep. Our salesperson, Jacob, was incredibly helpful and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Marianne and Macayla were also fantastic and assisted us with the down payment transfer and the financing process. Also a big shout-out to Mike and Jim for safely delivering the car. this is my first time working with the Penz auto dealership. I am beyond impressed with the service I received. I do not live in the Rochester area. Employees Gage Charles and Luis Velez have gone above and beyond my expectations to make the purchase of my vehicle go as smoothly as possible. All paperwork was sent via email and phone calls. I have not purchased a used vehicle before in which every possible thing has been done to ensure my car is in working order. This kind of service spills forth to maintenance shop technicians and detailer technicians as well. Pictures have been sent to me every step of the way as to what is being done to the used car I am purchasing. Financing was smooth and seamless. What greatly impresses me even more is that I don't even have to drive to Rochester to pick up the car, it will be delivered to my door at my home., an hour and a half from Rochester. Everyone there is super friendly, a salesman named Jesse was phenomenal with me and my wife. We just got a vehicle here not that 2 days ago. Everyone there is friendly and professional. I recommend everyone to come here. Its hard to believe that a dealership doesnt want your best interests in mind but they dont play with you or make you feel incompetent. They treat you like family and will everything and anything to make sure you are happy and comfortable buying a car. I never had anyone since i moved to the midwest let me test drive the vehicle without them being in the car with you and really try to sell it to you. They let us drive it and when we got back we were able to get everything we needed. This place is awesome

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Subaru of Rochester over the last several years, but my most recent experience was one of the best I have had--working with Olivia in Sales was actually enjoyable! She is young, energetic, and enthusiastic, and it was great to work with her. I love Subarus, now in my 4th brand-new one (with a couple of used ones thrown in there for my kids), and this is the first review I have written because it was such an excellent experience.

I was very satisfied with my experience of buying my Cadillac. Brandon did a fantastic job. Very professional and very personable. The only drawback was no spare tire and no extra key. That was the only disappointment I had. Brandon was awesome.

First time buying a car out of state, and they were amazing to work with! Throughout the years I have dealt with many dealerships but Spring Valley Auto Group is hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with. I have never had such a patient group of people work with me, the staff was very kind, very informative and I love that they have all the information for the vehicles you're buying before you even purchase them and they make them accessible to you on their website. I worked with Willie and Ian and they were both incredible. Willie was so much fun to talk with, he is so down to earth and he really is someone who wants to supply his potential buyers with the best vehicle that fits them and he really works very hard to make sure that the vehicle you want is within your budget. Ian was also such a joy to work with. He was also very informative, very knowledgeable and my mother and I both really appreciate the way that Spring Valley does business and the way they do business with their clients. I began my search for a new car open to all makes and models. As I advanced with my search, I kept coming back to my service at Rochester Suburu with Isaiah. I was reminded I was looking for a car and not a future star employee..after a couple months, yes months of research, I decided on a Suburu and completed the process with a wonderful support staff. Devon went out of his way to accommodate my requests and Isaiah couldn't have been more accommodating. There was no pressure, only help, throughout the entire process.

Bought a great pre-owned 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe from GMC of Rochester and had an awesome experience. We found several of their vehicles online and they were priced better than older models or comparable models with more miles. To top that the trade in process was super easy. We sent some pics of our trade and within 10 minutes we had a fantastic offer for our Jeep. Dan Mikaeo is the sales professional that we worked with. I would highly recommend Dan. He went above and beyond. He sent videos of the vehicles we were interested in, pointed out any issues that they had, and even purchased a tube of touch up paint at his own expense to fix a couple of scratches on a vehicle we were interested in prior to us arriving to the lot. He was pleasant, accommodating, and genuine. He gave us confidence in purchasing a vehicle site unseen. The sales and financing process was smooth. Austin Stoddard in finance was very knowledgeable, got us a great interest rate and sold us a fantastic warranty which will keep our vehicle on the road for a long time. We drove 600 miles round trip from Fargo, ND and the deal and service we received was worth every mile! We truly feel that we received the best deal that we could have gotten on our purchase and maximized the value of our trade. In short it was a no haggle process and we felt good about the transaction. GMC of Rochester will exceed your expectations!

Eli Young and Anllelica were so great to work with. Stayed late the day I purchased the vehicle and made sure I understood everything. After not having a car payment for 20 years they were able to ease my anxiety about buying. Isaac was easy to talk to at the dealership. Isaac (the manager) and Todd (the owner) have both reached out to make sure all was good with my new vehicle. Willie (another salesman) was helpful when we talked about floor mats and other vehicle features. I would highly recommend this dealership. Small town feel with big town specials.

We were on a road trip from Utah to Wisconsin when our Subaru started having issues starting. We called this dealership while driving since it was close to our route. They were so kind and were willing to get us an appointment same day. They had us in and repaired within an hour so we could finish the last 5 hours of our trip. We are so grateful!

I had a great experience at Rochester GMC. My interfaces with Bennett, Shawn, Jon, and Jason in the parts dept were all positive. They were courteous, answered questions, & were willing to work with me on timing for picking up the new GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate. Jason from the parts dept got a set of weather tech matts on order for me as well. Bennett and Shawn were good to work with on the test drives, on narrowing down the vehicle of choice, and negotiations for final purchase.

Even though I didn’t purchase a Subaru he still took the time and patience to go over items I was looking for and answer every question I had. The process from this dealership was so easy and painless. I have not had the best experience in the past from other car dealerships. At Subaru of Rochester I did not feel pressured, hassled or stressed about my vehicle purchase. My daughter even got a cool t-shirt from Elliott which she wears daily now! They were great!
