Great team of professionals. Process was a breeze with no pressure to purchase. Even though I live in Iowa (go hawks), I will continue to make them my go to for all my vehicle needs!!!!

Excellent experience. Al Boysen was very responsive and took time to answer all our questions. His style made us very comfortable. Adam and Issac were very patience with processing the financial aspect even thou there were problems with the credit reporting company.
Best used car shopping experience I have ever had. I started with my price range and what my needs would be and wants. He took it from there and kept in contact with me throughout the process. Everyone I encountered during the buying the process was so much better than the stereotypical "used car dealership" expectations, and followed up with promises made to contact me, even if I wasn't spending a ton of money. I found the staff very helpful and for a car dealership I don't think they were very pushy at all. Helpful when it came to working out the financial contracts and demonstrated some good mechanical knowledge of vehicles too.
First time to a Nissan dealership. They could not have been friendlier or more concerned about what I needed for my new to me versa. Making the appointment was a breeze and when I brought it in for a transmission flush and fill they checked it for codes and let me know my options. I'm very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

Purchase a 2017 Ford F150 Lariat from this dealership! Jacob was wonderful and not pushy at all. He answered my question to the best of his ability and if he didnt know it, he found out. I was very happy and impressed with the service department and sales department. They all treated us with respect and always friendly. I would buy again from this dealership.

In an industry that leaves many feeling taking advantage of — Nissan of Rochester sets itself apart with honesty and transparency. I bought a used 2023 Tesla Y and had delivered to Dallas and could not of had a more pleasurable experience! Human-centered and mission driven! Shout out to Adam Mcabe and the entire team for living their core values! I never write reviews but felt the need to brag on these folx so that others could have the wonderful experience that I had!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The Sales Rep, Oketh Owity listened to me, took a great deal of time talking to me and was eager to find me a car that fit my needs. As a woman, car buying is often seen as a man's domain. In the past I have felt that I needed to bring a man to be listened to. I also want to commend the financing person, Adam McCabe. He went above and beyond to get me the prince and financing I wanted. Kudos on the diversity of staff people.

Brought my mother's car in for service and to have them look for a leak another department had found. We were skeptical about the leak as there wasn't any fluid under the vehicle. The dealership was straight forward and was also unable to find any leaks. They could have easily said it was there but were honest. Would recommend them.

When I say the customer service is impeccable! I was jived at a GMC dealer next to me 30 minutes from my home in SC and I walked off the lot. I looked up other Camaro 2SS and found one at this location. Scout was awesome since the moment he answered my call inquiring about the vehicle. I flew to Minnesota to get my dream car and they made sure they picked me up from the airport. Scout and his finance managers Adam and Issac made sure everything was what I wanted and in my price range. They answered all questions and made sure I understood everything I signed. There was no car salesmen tactics or pressure. My experience was beyond amazing and being a GMC fanatic I will ALWAYS fly to this location and purchase my vehicles. I had a great experience at GMC. I worked with Keith all the way through, from getting his estimate , working with the insurance company and getting my car back exactly within the time he had told me. He had to do some extra work with the insurance company which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend the GMC SERVICE center.

Service Review: I had the radio crash in 23 yukon denali. We are in town for a couple weeks for appts/surgeries at Mayo Clinic. I called and asked if they would be willing to look at the issue even though I wasn't a local. Stuart had me come in on my preferred day. He worked extra hard to find replacement after several hours & attempts failed to fix it. Part was backordered and difficult to find. Stuart was insistent on finding one before we left town back for the east coast. He was able to locate one and get it installed quickly the same week. Ken the driver was very professional as well. Much appreciated Stuart & Ken.

Easily recommend GMC of Rochester! Very professional, and friendly. My wife and I had complex and unique repair, with a hard to get part for our Buick. Stuart and the service dept. kept us informed and promptly answered questions along the way. Made the experience less stressful than it potentially could have been, which was very appreciated!
HUGE SHOUT OUT to GMC of Rochester for taking care of us when we were stuck like Chuck many miles from home!!! We were in town for a convention when a fuel problem threatened to leave us stranded. We attempted a repair at another shop they were unable to help us. Joel and Sue at GMC got us in, repaired, and back to our convention. Truly customer oriented!!!

They have taken good care of me. I've had issues with my truck not starting and it's very intermittent and they've done a ton of investigation into the issue and were very conscientious of my money.

They did the work they said they would and did it within the time frame. There ended up being so delayed trim parts but I was able to take my car and come back to get them on. Flexibility is nice

I had a tire with a slow leak and approximately 2 hours to get it repaired. I discovered that the dealer I bought the vehicle from in Minneapolis provided the wrong wrench for my locking lug nut. So I called Rochester GMC hoping they had a wrench that fit. They got me in, fixed the tire(screw in a sidewall) and traded my wrench that did not fit for one that they had that did fit(way beyond expectation) Stuart and Joe did an amazing job representing the dealer and the GMC brand.
Stuart explained the work that was done and what needed to be done. When I asked him to explain something I did not understand fully, he was very patient. Stuart was friendly and professional.

Everything was great except for the fact that you charged a surcharge to use my Discover Card. It now appears that you only except cash ( who carries that much cash around these days), Debit card (which have less protection for the consumer so I don't us, and a check. Who carries there checkbook around? I've been a loyal customer and have gotten all my service at your dealership for my Buick Enclave and 2001 GMC PU. And now you guys what to nickel dime me with a surcharge. I know the credit cards charge you, but really. Loyal customers is how you treat them. An with the new EV cards I supposed there will be annual fees to have and use special features.

I had called the dealership looking for a truck that they had in stock. Just my luck it had sold that morning. The GM had gotten back to me with the tough news, and helped me find a different one. With some luck and persistence on both our parts he was able to get me a great truck at a great price! I have already recommended this dealer to several of my friends and would love to help them out in the future. 1st class dealer in my eyes.

My fiancé was recently on her way to her bachelorette party when her truck needed immediate service. When she called ahead and asked for help they said they would stay open late for her and her sisters. They assured her they would do whatever they could to help from repairs, to getting her a rental truck to fit everything she was already bringing for the long weekend when they only needed to offer an suv. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with while keeping us updated on timelines and answering questions about what is next. If it was worth it, I would drive an hour and a half one way just to get my oil changed by them if they provided HALF of the professionalism and kindness they have provided us already. You will definitely have business from me in the future. Thank you!

Definitely recommend this place!! Bought my 2021 GMC Terrain on the 3rd of January. They helped me right away finding a new used vehicle I could afford!! About 2 weeks of having the car a peice froze. I called saying my car didn't wanna accelerate and they told me to come in the same day after work!! And fixed the problem fast within a few days for parts to come in and rented me out a car they definitely make you feel cared about. And on top I had covid they drove my car out to my house 7 miles away!! Overall definitely great service!!!
Fast and friendly service
Great experience at Chevrolet of Spring Valley. We drove nearly 3 hours to pick up a good deal on a vehicle and Cody had the vehicle all ready to go. We ended up wrapping up the paperwork after closing hours and Cody and Tyler stayed positive all the way through, even though we kept them late. They had coloring books and snacks for the kids, so all in all wanted to leave 5 stars. Keep up the great work in Spring Valley!
Tyler and the crew were very helpful. I had a lease that was up and wanted to purchase the vehicle outright. After getting the run around from the dealership I purchased it from I contacted Chevrolet of Spring Valley and asked if they could help me out. These guys don't mess around. My Chevy Traverse was acting strange with the fan continuously running. They had it fixed and back to me within a day. They went out of their way to get it covered under warranty. Highly recommend

I made an appointment to meet with a sales person to test drive a used Chevy truck. Today I met with Thayne to see the truck and found him to be an excellent sales person, taking the time to chat and listen to my needs as a customer, and not do the classic “pushy” salesman routine. It is refreshing to meet with a salesman that just wants to try to help a person find what they are looking for.

I had a great experience with Chevrolet of Spring Valley and their team. I have been looking for a car for quite some time now and I saw they had several vehicles listed at good prices especially compared to other places nowadays. My boyfriend and I had called ahead to look at a Dodge Journey they had. He requested they put it on the lift so we can fully inspect it and Willie had no problem with that and they already had it on the lift when we got there. We had decided we liked the car and the purchasing process was very straightforward. They didn't try to push any extras on us, they just explained the options. However, they really went above and beyond with helping me walk out with the car that day. My bank was being difficult and was giving them limited options for getting the payment to the dealership. But Tyler talked on the phone with my bank and they were able to figure out how to get the process done that day. In addition, to them putting in extra effort for us they also had several other customers they were helping with limited staff at the end of the day. It was definitely worth the hour and a half drive and we will definitely be back if we need a car in the future. Thank you again Willie and Tyler!!

My wife and I came in with our toddler boys on Memorial Day to buy a van. We were there for only a few hours and our experience was great while buying the van. Our salesman was Brandon McGee and he was fantastic to work with. Our van wasn’t fully detailed yet but while we were waiting for the financing to go through we noticed he was out thoroughly cleaning the van and it looked great! After leaving with the van the check engine light came on two days later and we also noticed the rear AC didn’t work. This dealership offers a 7 day warranty and they stood behind it. We got quoted $4000 to fix our $8500 van and this dealership did not hesitate to fix the issues at no cost to us. This was very impressive that they stand behind their word and we couldn’t be happier going through this dealership! Our only “complaint” is we never received call backs when leaving voicemails for the service team.

Quick straightforward and easy

Great staff they are not there to just sell you a car they are there to build a relationship with the customer and find you a vehicle that will fit your lifestyle and more importantly your budget they are great at problem solving and finding a solution I purchased two vehicles from the Subaru of Rochester we all know buying a new car can be stressful and give a person anxiety they did a fantastic job of making the process exciting and took away any concerns I had the staff there really care about the people in the community I could see that through my experience I would recommend them to anyone that is on a new car journey purchase
The car repair down the street couldn't get me in earliest by afternoon. We were packed and ready to head home 3 hours away. Since I drive a Denali, I saw the GMC dealership and thought by chance they definitely would know how to help me. I was correct! The gentleman went above and beyond by changing a fuse and not charging me. He ran many diagnostic tests and made sure we were going to be safe on our travels. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! ( Those "service trailer brakes" alarms are unforgiving.)
Initially, our experience was not very good and we were left extremely disappointed. We were told our vehicle would be ready to pick up and it would be fully detailed and have the glass protection and rust inhibitor applied. When we got there, we were told by our sales person that it was done and the vehicle was detailed. The vehicle was not detailed and was dirty on the inside and outside. I got a phone call from service on the following Monday to set up the appointment to apply the glass protection and rust inhibitor. When i told the person who called we were told it was done already, Instead of checking into it, they said "oh, never mind then." I had to ask them to check into it and it indeed was not done. Once it was done, the glass protection was not buffed out well and my windshield was full of marks or streaks. I had to bring the vehicle back to service a few days later because the android auto was not staying connected to my phone, still. They kept it for the day and never found anything. They asked if they could wash it for me and I said yes. The next day, I noticed what looked like clear coat peeling where water spots were all over the entire vehicle. I was furious, but my husband reminded me the sales person who helped us with our paperwork and our sales person we worked with both told us the bumper-to-bumper coverage included paint and defects. This is our first non-GM vehicle so we trusted what we were told. In fact, the sales person who we worked with for the financing told us their Skip Chip product was worthless and he doesn't sell it or recommend it for anyone. It was a product I was interested in because I drive a lot for work, but we decided against it based on the advice from this guy. A week later I had several chips of paint missing from my hood and the clear coat issue. I was fuming to find out we were deceived. Suddenly this $50,000 investment was something I couldn't stand the sight of because it was always something up to this point and the spots were just the icing on the cake after being lied to. I am a nurse and work from my car. The vehicle was something I purchased for myself to have new, reliable vehicle for all my miles. I was heartbroken and felt taken advantage of and angry. This was the second vehicle we had purchased brand new from the Nissan/GMC dealerships now owned by Penz - our first one was purchased when it was still Lupient - and I was treated like a stupid female and talked down to by the service department every time I went for service and our problem with our terrain was never properly documented and we were tossed around so much that we gave up on trying. I was really starting to regret doing business with them again, but figured it was under new ownership so it has to be different this time. I called Lindsay, one of the sales managers at Penz, as a last ditch effort to try to have my frustrations heard and see what options existed, if any. When I saw her in person the first time, I eventually broke down in tears because I was so gutted by everything. We left that meeting finally feeling heard and listened to and were hopeful. The next day, my husband called me and said he had great news for me. He had talked to Lindsay and they replaced the hood on my Rogue with a brand new one, detailed it thoroughly inside and out, and because we were given misleading information about a product that would be very valuable to me, Penz was covering half the cost of applying the Skip Chip to my front end!! I cannot say enough good things about the service department at GMC in Rochester. My vehicle suffered catastrophic engine failure while I was in Rochester attempting to get to the Mayo Clinic. I live over 3.5 hours away and had only recently purchased the vehicle, so I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed by the situation. What I expected to be a simple repair quickly turned into a nearly 9-week ordeal involving my warranty company and the remanufactured engine company they selected. None of those delays were the fault of the dealership. Throughout the entire process, the service department maintained excellent communication, answered my questions, and treated me with patience and kindness every time I called for updates. They went above and beyond advocating on my behalf and navigating the endless headaches created by the warranty and reman companies. What impressed me most was their honesty and attention to detail. After the replacement engine was installed, they discovered timing issues with the remanufactured engine. Instead of taking shortcuts or sending me down the road in a vehicle that wasn't right, they addressed the problem and made sure everything was repaired correctly. That level of integrity is hard to find. I've dealt with a lot of service departments over the years, and I can honestly say I have never felt more comfortable or confident in a team handling my vehicle repairs. They consistently put my mind at ease during an incredibly stressful situation and made sure I would be getting back a safe and reliable vehicle. Even though I live over three and a half hours away, the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, I will absolutely consider making the trip to purchase from them. Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to doing things the right way have earned my trust and my business. Thank you to everyone involved (especially Jason) for going above and beyond. When other dealerships made me feel poor, unimportant, and like they were doing ME a huge favor, Collins and the team at Rochester Subaru made me feel important, and they assured me that they will help me find a way to meet my needs and desires. They made this not only easy, but enjoyable. They have a great product and an even better team. And fun sidebar: a customer came in to leave them a tub of homemade cookies while I was there.
