We had great experience. They helped through a hard time and very thankful. Our product specialist Austin was very great to work with. We hit a deer with our car and was able to get vehicle to replace it. Thank you very much. The process was very easy and simple.

I was greeted upon arrival, checked in and made aware of computer generated service options. The oil change I scheduled was completed quickly. Service advisor was friendly and thorough. The whole process seemed to go smooth and as quickly as it could. Waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Recently had my truck in for transmission service, and the service department staff provided friendly, attentive and helpful customer service. My truck repair was completed 2 days earlier than scheduled and they offered me a brand new GMC Sierra as a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop for a major repair. Highly recommend!

Sean was very helpful when I was in a state of crisis with my car engine stopping and being unable to start it. He sent someone over (just a few blocks away) to jump it so I could drive it in for service. It needed a new alternator, which he got as soon as possible. I appreciate the timely help I got from Buick GMC!

I bought a 2013 chevy avalanche LT. I live out of state and it was delivered on time. Clean, full tank of gas, and fresh oil. Joe Holtan was my salesman and he was fantastic. So my fiancee and I were looking at a gmc terrain when Austin Stoddard walked up filling us in on the questions we had. They literally told us to take the car for a few hours to drive it long enough to see if we like it or hate it. Well we ended up buying the car we test drove. They are willing to do anything within reason of helping anyone get the car they want. They have definitely gained another new lifelong customer as long as we stay true to general motors. We personally met the vice president of the company when he came up to help and introduce himself to us. This is definitely a dealership that people need to be aware of the professionalism these guys carry everyday they are there. Once again please take your business to Austin Stoddard you will not be dissatisfied by him.

Recently bought a 2024 GMC Terrain SLE and it was a great experience overall. Well, that was fun! I never thought I would say that of a car buying experience. The entire team at Nissan of Rochester were fabulous. I felt as if I was visiting folks in their home. First, Levi Ackley (from Subaru) referred us to Jesse Flanagan, our salesperson (at Nissan), tailored an exceptionally positive experience that included walking us through the process of leasing a beautiful EV. Mark Turanski went out of his way to help us when we needed one more last-minute look. Shawn Peterson charmed us with shared Southern background and ability to make a deal that was exactly what we wanted. Jake Fratzke made the finance and paperwork steps painless. I had saw a truck that was just listed for sale by them, and had immediately messaged asking about maintenance history. I got a message back asap from them telling me how much money they put into the truck. A couple days later I went down to look at it. Austin and John Denny were both very helpful and extremely nice. They worked very well with me considering my busy schedule(Them closing at 8pm is very helpful for farther away customers). I went and got the truck and it was great. I had found some issues I wasn't aware of when test driving the truck and had brought it back and Ben in service helped fixed them without any charge to me. I'm happy to say from my last experience at a different dealership, these guys know how to take care of someone and make you feel welcome there.

Excellent service! I came in for an oil change and they found an object stuck in a tire. They noticed that there was a bad air leak and I purchased a new tire. I could have had a tire failure while I was driving alone in the country. I’m not happy about buying a new tire but it could have been far worse. Sam did a great job coordinating this.

I suffered a blowout far from home and felt stranded… GMC roadside assistance came to the rescue and I was able to make it to the GMC dealership in Rochester Minnesota. Sam in the service department was very helpful and was able to special order a tire for me. In no time I was back on the road and headed for home. It was a wonderful experience. Had shopped the. Internet for vehicles and pricing. Needed to physically see the different models and trim packages. We live in Red Wing and Rochester was closer. The plan was to visit different dealerships and shop. The staff and salespeople at Penz were very friendly. Not pushy. Very accommodating as we looked and test drove 4-6 vehicles. Our salesman ,Gbaorik,was very helpful. If he didn't have the answers,he sought it out quickly. He made it our experience and did a great job. The financing is a whole nother part to the buy. But, Ally,was very professional, not pushy and ww talked through what we wanted for plans and she had good feedback without making us feel uncomfortable if I said "No thanks."i It takes time to buy that car you want,but we finalized and walked out feeling good about the whole experience. It's been awhile since we did a vehicle purchase,especially new. But,they were excellent.

Excellent experience! I have told all of my friends. The customer service tops all. It's immaculate inside and they serve coffee, etc A very nice touch. They support the community in multiple facets. They are very generous to support other great causes. I am in love with my car. I hadn't originally planned on buying a Subaru but I am sold on this whole situation. And they follow up with everything. If you need a vehicle this is the place to go. Hands down. Their theme is "LOVE" and this is evident. Christianity is part of their life and it shows. It was easy to book an appointment online. I was welcomed in to the garage on time. They did a thorough assessment of my car as well as the maintenance that I had asked for. The carwash was down. They gave me a complete readout of all the systems within in my car and their status. Very satisfied.

I feel the sales and financing team at Subaru of Rochester took care of me very well. They kept me informed of the stock, and found me a 2026 Outback Limited (CPO with only 2,500 mi) I live 1 1/2 hours away, so they had it delivered to my house, and picked up my car for trade in. I've never had that option before. The convenience was great, but the down side was no one was there to explain the forms I had to fill out at the time of delivery, and so I had to do some calling. The biggest thing I didn't like was before I came to the dealership I asked them if I was to buy a car there, could I take it to any other dealership for warrenty service. They confirmed absolutely! When it came down to it, when I got on location, they clarified, I could go anywhere, but I would have to pay $100 deductible to go elsewhere for servicing.. I felt that was a "bait & switch", In the end, I used that as leverage on my deal and got that waived for the future. Hopefully there will be no "catches" to that when the event when it arrives.

Subaru of Rochester is truly a wonderful dealership!!! The staff is top notch and professional, Olivia got me into a fantastic 2021 outback that we were talking about over the weekend- said I couldn’t make it until Monday morning and was told it be cleaned and gased up for me to take for a test drive and sure enough Monday morning it was ready for me. I’ll be coming back to Subaru of Rochester for all my future vehicle needs.

Every time I get service done at this location the bar is set a little higher. Zoey is amazing and helped us navigate what was most important for regular service on our high mileage car. With money being tight these days, it is a relief to come to a business that isn’t trying to squeeze more money out of you. They work more as a trusted partner. We live 9 hours away and alway make sure we get our service done here when we are in town.

I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra Denali from Penz GMC of Rochester and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Bennett (Sales) was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable about the trucks features and never once made me feel pressured. When she didn't know an answer she didn't try to guess and simply went and asked the manager. Scott (Manager) did an outstanding job walking me through every line item on the proposal, including the trade in, and was patient with my questions until I felt comfortable. It was clear to me that Scott has experience, knowledge, and most importantly patience with the customer experience. Derek (Finance) is extremely knowledgeable and, at my request, moved quickly through thr paperwork but was still able to explain each step so that I understood what I was signing. I felt like I got a fair price on the new truck and trade in which was slightly favorable compared to other local dealerships that quoted me in the previous week. Its clear this team works well together and made this big purchase feel easy and fun rather than stressful.

I found the car I wanted on Cargurus and it was located at Subaru of Rochester in MN. I did everything by text. They worked with me over a couple of days to get the deal I wanted done. The salesman, Gaborik, was helpful in sending a video of the car and pointing out a bonus that hadn't been noted. I had wanted the car delivered to me, but was told they could only deliver 45 miles from the dealership. I luckily have an amazing friend that drove me the 3 + hours it took to get there. Walk through of the tech and car was pretty thorough and, all in all, was a good experience.

Choosing a car and filling out all the paperwork is a lengthy process and Subaru of Rochester did their best to provide water, snacks, a place for our child to play, and anything to make the process go as efficiently as possible. Collins was particularly excellent, he is very professional while being very pleasant as well. I would say affable. This was our third time purchasing a vehicle here, and all three times went rather well, and importantly when things didn't go perfectly, they did well to recover, and being good at that is an important skill they put to great use. Great all around experience, would buy again.
