Malik and Shawn were awesome to work with! If you're looking for a new nissan, you won't find a better team. Malik spent a good portion of a morning in the rain and on test drives with me. Car shopping can be stressful. But Subaru of Rochester made it a remarkably pleasant experience. The staff we dealt with included Jacob Hansen, Jeremiah Steege, Collins Kiyaga, and Amy Anderson. They were all friendly and professional. Jacob and Collins in Sales patiently explained the features of the 2026 Forester we were interested in. Amy discussed the assistance offered to learn about all the technology that comes with vehicles these days. Finally, Jeremiah went through all of the optional protection packages and processed our paperwork efficiently. Unlike many dealers, Jacob at Subaru of Rochester immediately provided us with the out-the-door price via email before we drove the two hours to Rochester. Also, there were no forced dealer add-ons, which still happens at other dealers. Getting the OTD price and no forced add-ons were HUGE to us! If you're looking for a vehicle, we highly recommend Subaru of Rochester. They earned our business with the perfect balance of promoting their products, but with a low-pressure approach. Great job to all!

Jon was great to work with throughout my vehicle purchase, especially after my previous vehicle was unexpectedly totaled. The process took some time while waiting on the bank and insurance, but he stayed on top of everything and kept me updated along the way. He made what could have been a very stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. By the time I came in to sign, everything was prepared and ready to go, which made a big difference. Recently traveling through the area with my family when a transmission cooler line failed on my 2500HD, leaving us stranded on a Saturday. Tim, in service, made room to get us in. He verified they had the part in stock and called service tech, Jacob, who came in to do the replacement on his day off! Worked past closing hours and got us back on the road the same day! They truly went above and beyond to help us out when we needed them. Quality people, Great service!

Clayton followed up on questions about a hybrid vehicle and found a great deal on a Honda Hybrid from a related dealership. He offered gentle yet compelling insights on how we might negotiate a deal for this car. I purchased a great car at a fair price and a traded-in above what others had offered. Clayton went above and beyond in helping to make this deal happen. All the staff we kind and considerate without being pushy. I will certainly contact them next time I need a car or truck.

I don't normally have my 2019 Subaru Forester serviced by Rochester Subaru. But this was something that was covered by an Extended Warranty. I am very pleased with the service I received. I was treated like a human being as opposed to a number and "one more job we have to get done today." John in the service department was especially helpful - getting me a loaner car since the job was going to take all day. They recommended two other service items but I was not prepared to do them so I said no thanks. That was the end of it, no pressure, no BS about the car blowing up the minute I drove it off the lot if they didn't fix those other items. They said the work would be covered by the extended warranty and it was. There was no "surprise" you do have to pay postage on the parts or something equally ridiculous. I would highly recommend Rochester Subaru service.

Our check engine light started blinking before we could get our friend to his Mayo appointment (Danger Will Robinson!), but we couldn't stop and make it to his appointment on time. As soon as the GMC office opened I called and started making arrangements for service. They recommended Rochester Towing (it did take awhile. They were busy!) but the driver was very nice and gave me a ride to the dealership. Everyone there on Jason's crew was super nice! Recognized I was stressed about the situation and went out of their way to be accommodating, thoughtful and kind. Their shuttle service (Thank you, Ken!) picked up my husband and friend at Mayo after his afternoon appointment and brought them to the service area. They were able to diagnose and fix our vehicle and get us on the road home! On a busy Friday! I would highly recommend their professionalism and expertise. Our thanks to you all!!

Everybody was very congenial and helpful. You do need more than one person who does the final sales pitch, signing papers, and accepting payment. Granted, we had a longer wait than what is usual, but you should have someone else who can also do this part. We had to wait over two and a half hours to do the final step before we were completely finished and could leave.

Got to work with Elliot last week. He was helpful without being pushy and was able to get me a fair value on my trade in and got me into a nice 2024 Crosstrek. The whole process was pretty easy and Elliot was responsive to questions. If I had to complain about anything, I guess an owners manual and a full tank of gas when I picked it up would have been nice, but those are pretty minor things in my opinion. I wouldn't hesitate to do more business here in the future. *Edit* The owners manual actually shipped to my house a few days after I took the car, so that's pretty cool. Thanks again!

Yesterday 1/23/26- I was helped by Louie Dion! It was crazy and awesome at the same time that although Louie helped me, Another gentleman had stood next to him, his coworker (Ben) and supported him with sharing information on some questions that I had! Just a wonderful experience altogether. Yes, it is a great down home auto shop! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nobody was competing. They all shared the joy of working together. I used to go to Dahl Subaru in La,Crosse because it is close, but after a few bad experiences I go to Penz. They take care of everything like its supposed to be. It is worth the extra hour of travel for me to go to Roch. And be taken care of like a proper subaru owner. Thanks Penz team.

Best service I’ve ever received I stopped into Nissan of Rochester for parts and ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I met a salesman named Jesse Flanagan, and from the very beginning he was nothing short of impressive. Not only did I decide on the spot that I’ll be buying my next vehicle from him, but he went above and beyond by taking the time to explain every feature and every product Nissan offers. After that, he personally walked me to the parts department and made sure I was completely taken care of there as well. The way Jesse handled everything from start to finish was outstanding. This is the kind of service you don’t expect anymore in today’s world, but Jesse proves that you can still be treated the right way. On 01-10-26 I took our Yukon 2015 to check a new noise I heard the night before; I was told it was not recommended to keep driving the vehicle ! In a matter of 3 hours we were able to get a new Yukon Elevation 2026. I have to thanks the Certified Service Advisor Louie Don for his help to quickly diagnose the problem; Many thanks to the Certified Sales Professional Ian Bergstrom for all his advise and help to choose the new car we wanted; we are very grateful to the Finance Manager for all his effort for us to get the new Yukon after just 3 hours, and finally thanks to the staff of the Shuttle Service for their help to take me back and forth from the dealership to our home and back to the dealership. Thanks to GMC for having such as great group of people working together !

I was nervous at first, buying a nicer truck when everything seems to be more expensive. They listened, worked with me, looked at several options for financing, and never pressured me throughout the entire process. I included some preventative services with the truck I purchased and the service dept was kind, quick, thorough, and accommodating! Plus, my truck looked amazing inside and out even after dropping it off with ice and salt on it. I love my truck, and though it's the most expensive vehicle I've ever purchased, the entire positive experience made it easier to quickly transition just really enjoying the new-to-me vehicle. I had an excellent experience leasing my 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid from Subaru of Rochester! The entire process was incredibly easy and smooth from start to finish, and I never felt pressured at any point. What really stood out was how stress-free everything was compared to a recent, frustrating experience I had not long ago at Burnsville Walser Honda. The difference was night and day, Subaru of Rochester respected my time, communicated clearly, and made the process genuinely enjoyable. They even delivered my vehicle to me over an hour away! The paperwork barely took any time, maybe 5-10 minutes to sign, making it quick and painless. I even was got to talk some D&D with the gentleman who delivered it. If you want a dealership that's straightforward, low pressure and easy to work with, I can't recommend Subaru of Rochester enough. Everyone I worked with was great! (Jake, Brandon, and I'm horrible with names so forgot the delivery drivers names, but am going to try to find them and will update if i can.) Thanks so much! It was a wonderful experience. Had shopped the. Internet for vehicles and pricing. Needed to physically see the different models and trim packages. We live in Red Wing and Rochester was closer. The plan was to visit different dealerships and shop. The staff and salespeople at Penz were very friendly. Not pushy. Very accommodating as we looked and test drove 4-6 vehicles. Our salesman ,Gbaorik,was very helpful. If he didn't have the answers,he sought it out quickly. He made it our experience and did a great job. The financing is a whole nother part to the buy. But, Ally,was very professional, not pushy and ww talked through what we wanted for plans and she had good feedback without making us feel uncomfortable if I said "No thanks."i It takes time to buy that car you want,but we finalized and walked out feeling good about the whole experience. It's been awhile since we did a vehicle purchase,especially new. But,they were excellent.

Excellent experience! I have told all of my friends. The customer service tops all. It's immaculate inside and they serve coffee, etc A very nice touch. They support the community in multiple facets. They are very generous to support other great causes. I am in love with my car. I hadn't originally planned on buying a Subaru but I am sold on this whole situation. I feel the sales and financing team at Subaru of Rochester took care of me very well. They kept me informed of the stock, and found me a 2026 Outback Limited (CPO with only 2,500 mi) I live 1 1/2 hours away, so they had it delivered to my house, and picked up my car for trade in. I've never had that option before. The convenience was great, but the down side was no one was there to explain the forms I had to fill out at the time of delivery, and so I had to do some calling. The biggest thing I didn't like was before I came to the dealership I asked them if I was to buy a car there, could I take it to any other dealership for warrenty service. They confirmed absolutely! When it came down to it, when I got on location, they clarified, I could go anywhere, but I would have to pay $100 deductible to go elsewhere for servicing.. I felt that was a "bait & switch", In the end, I used that as leverage on my deal and got that waived for the future. Hopefully there will be no "catches" to that when the event when it arrives.

Subaru of Rochester is truly a wonderful dealership!!! The staff is top notch and professional, Olivia got me into a fantastic 2021 outback that we were talking about over the weekend- said I couldn’t make it until Monday morning and was told it be cleaned and gased up for me to take for a test drive and sure enough Monday morning it was ready for me. I’ll be coming back to Subaru of Rochester for all my future vehicle needs.

Every time I get service done at this location the bar is set a little higher. Zoey is amazing and helped us navigate what was most important for regular service on our high mileage car. With money being tight these days, it is a relief to come to a business that isn’t trying to squeeze more money out of you. They work more as a trusted partner. We live 9 hours away and alway make sure we get our service done here when we are in town.

I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra Denali from Penz GMC of Rochester and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Bennett (Sales) was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable about the trucks features and never once made me feel pressured. When she didn't know an answer she didn't try to guess and simply went and asked the manager. Scott (Manager) did an outstanding job walking me through every line item on the proposal, including the trade in, and was patient with my questions until I felt comfortable. It was clear to me that Scott has experience, knowledge, and most importantly patience with the customer experience. Derek (Finance) is extremely knowledgeable and, at my request, moved quickly through thr paperwork but was still able to explain each step so that I understood what I was signing. I felt like I got a fair price on the new truck and trade in which was slightly favorable compared to other local dealerships that quoted me in the previous week. Its clear this team works well together and made this big purchase feel easy and fun rather than stressful.

I found the car I wanted on Cargurus and it was located at Subaru of Rochester in MN. I did everything by text. They worked with me over a couple of days to get the deal I wanted done. The salesman, Gaborik, was helpful in sending a video of the car and pointing out a bonus that hadn't been noted. I had wanted the car delivered to me, but was told they could only deliver 45 miles from the dealership. I luckily have an amazing friend that drove me the 3 + hours it took to get there. Walk through of the tech and car was pretty thorough and, all in all, was a good experience.

Choosing a car and filling out all the paperwork is a lengthy process and Subaru of Rochester did their best to provide water, snacks, a place for our child to play, and anything to make the process go as efficiently as possible. Collins was particularly excellent, he is very professional while being very pleasant as well. I would say affable. This was our third time purchasing a vehicle here, and all three times went rather well, and importantly when things didn't go perfectly, they did well to recover, and being good at that is an important skill they put to great use. Great all around experience, would buy again.
