Hello, came in to get an oil change, transmission flush etc. dropped off my vehicle at 7am, picked it up at 11am service was fast. Employees were friendly.

They helped me find the right vehicle for my needs. They were patient during my many visits and phone calls to the dealership. They gave me all the time I needed to read through the paperwork and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions. Subarus are a quality car and this dealership definitely wants you to love the car you drive away with.

Comfortable waiting area with specialty coffee options while waiting. The oil change and tire rotation with carwash was done in less than 1 hour. Will definitely go back if we are in the Rochester area.

Visited many dealerships around Rochester for used car , Subaru is great , nice service, and good experience overall. Everything was clearly explained, all options presented and we got a good deal on the vehicle. Plus they offer 1 year service for oil change and tire rotation. Great dealership!

We hate car shopping. Test drives and sales pitches and trying to upsell beyond our budget. That is not true of Nissan of Rochester. We came in with low expectations. However, the salesperson Makenna was respectful and helpful to the Nth degree. She quickly found to models in our budget. We opted to test drive the 2025 Nissan Sentra LE. The car was smooth and easy to operate so we asked for a longer test drives. She did not fuss as others did at other dealerships. She filled the tank and let us drive several miles. We liked it and wanted to buy it. She started the paperwork then brought on the finance guy. More paperwork. We had questions on the package costs (LE, SV, or SR). Makenna knew all the features of each and provided a brochure with the same information. She also knew the prices of each package. We chose the LE package as it more closely met our needs. Final paperwork in a different building. Paperwork taking too much time. Makenna interceded when we felt out of the loop. We finally were called in to complete the paperwork. Yay! Highest compliments to Makenna for dealing with older folks who wanted something simple and letting us make the choice from her suggestions. Also, kudos for Nissan of Rochester. Fair and obvious pricing for all vehicles prominently displayed.

I traded in my Camry TRD for an Audi Q5 at Subaru of Rochester and had a really good experience. Isaih was great to work with! Very respectful, and not pushy at all. The whole trade in and purchase process went smooth, and he made sure everything was clear and fair. Really appreciated how they treated me throughout. Would definitely recommend asking for Isaih if you go there.

I had my oil changed, and tires rotated at Nissan of Rochester this morning. I was greeted by a friendly, and professional staff member. The work was done on time, by trusted mechanics. I know my truck is in good hands when I bring it in for service work. I like it they do this vehicle health report, and if they find something, they let me know, and they take care of it.The waiting area was clean, and inviting, and the coffee was great! What a great location and staff. I was traveling when the thermostat went out in my car. I made a stop into this dealership and they immediately were able to assist me. They truly went above and beyond. I asked them to perform a diagnostic to ensure I get home safely and some issues were discovered. Nothing critical, but the service I received here makes me want to come back for the remainder of the repairs. That's how excellent this location served my needs and in a pinch.

We were attending Mayo Clinic appointments in Rochester MN. My 2022 Subaru Accent had issues and needed a coil replaced. Lauren in the service department was AMAZING!! She knew we had an upcoming appointment so she was in constant communication with the mechanic. As soon as she realized we would have trouble making the appointment time, she loaned us a car. They ended up keeping the car overnight waiting on parts, but she and the wonderful mechanic made sure they got us on our way first thing the next morning so we could begin our drive back to Rapid City South Dakota. Wonderful business and caring team members. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rob sold me the best car at the very best price. I'm still trying to figure out all of its capabilities, but Rob did a really helpful thing by splitting our test drive where he drove first, showing me how to use the car, followed by parking at a nearby gas station and swapping seats so I could more comfortably try out the car. THANKS ROB, YOU GOT A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. SERVICE REVIEW: October 10th, 2025: Ben Markowski is so great to work with! I had some software concerns with my vehicle, and am not super car savvy. Luckily, Ben understood my concerns easily and went above and beyond to resolve it. He kept me informed throughout the process, and was incredibly kind and understanding. Our 2018 Subaru Outback Radio touch screen started to separate in between the layers, so that the radio would not work and start to scan at random. The people at Rochester Subaru diagnosed the problem quickly, made arrangements to get a replacement radio and exceeded our expectations. If you want good, quality service where they really hear what you are saying, then thus is the place to come.

My partner just bought a Forester that had a few minor things it needed, so I brought it to the service dept here. Car had a rattle in the interior that was driving her nuts and we wanted a CVT drain and fill. Lauren was my service advisor and did a great job with keeping me informed with what was going on. Perfect amount of communication. Not too much not too little and answered my questions quickly. Sorry I accidently tried to steal the loaner keys that was my bad lol. Zach was the tech and props to him for finding the rattle. A lot of times these things are impossible to track down. It was such a light rattle I wasn't sure if they would be able to get it, but Zack came through. Mack (the car owner) is so relived it's gone you made her month. Like really, you have no idea how happy this woman is now that it's gone. Love the service videos they made with the inspection and showing where the rattle was. Made us feel like we got a good value for the money. I would have never gotten that dash back together without snapping trim piece clips. I also would have never guessed the dash was taken apart without he video, as it was put back together perfectly. They gave me a loaner with like 16 miles on it. I was a little nervous to drive a car that new lol, but I settled in nicely. Made for a very comfortable drive home. Glad I didn't peg a deer with it. If we ever need a bigger vehicle I will defiantly be looking at Accents and that incredible moon roof. I'm long winded sorry, but to warp this up, we feel a lot better about the new (to us) vehicle in the garage thanks to the work by Lauren and Zack. If either of you are reading this, thank you for taking care of us. We may not have bought here, but it's nice to know we'll be taken care of by professionals like y'all in the future. I'll be keeping an eye on the tie rods for now and make sure they aren't getting loose. Thanks again, Travis and Mackenzie Goraczkowski.

I was looking to consider to lease a new SUV , I was able to connect electronically, schedule with a sales person, and establish a relationship before I even arrived at the dealership. I was pleased with the welcoming atmosphere and knowledge of various vehicle options. In addition the sales and finance staff collaborated to ensure I had a deal that worked for me, and them. I have owned a Nissan, after this experience, will gladly continue as a satisfied customer, and will recommend to others without hesitation! My husband and I recently bought the 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid from this Subaru dealership. From the beginning to the end, it was a very positive experience. We had done some research on the car model we were interested in and we dropped by the dealership to see if we could do test drive. It was a wonderful experience. Had shopped the. Internet for vehicles and pricing. Needed to physically see the different models and trim packages. We live in Red Wing and Rochester was closer. The plan was to visit different dealerships and shop. The staff and salespeople at Penz were very friendly. Not pushy. Very accommodating as we looked and test drove 4-6 vehicles. Our salesman ,Gbaorik,was very helpful. If he didn't have the answers,he sought it out quickly. He made it our experience and did a great job. The financing is a whole nother part to the buy. But, Ally,was very professional, not pushy and ww talked through what we wanted for plans and she had good feedback without making us feel uncomfortable if I said "No thanks."i It takes time to buy that car you want,but we finalized and walked out feeling good about the whole experience. It's been awhile since we did a vehicle purchase,especially new. But,they were excellent.

Excellent experience! I have told all of my friends. The customer service tops all. It's immaculate inside and they serve coffee, etc A very nice touch. They support the community in multiple facets. They are very generous to support other great causes. I am in love with my car. I hadn't originally planned on buying a Subaru but I am sold on this whole situation. And they follow up with everything. If you need a vehicle this is the place to go. Hands down. Their theme is "LOVE" and this is evident. Christianity is part of their life and it shows. It was easy to book an appointment online. I was welcomed in to the garage on time. They did a thorough assessment of my car as well as the maintenance that I had asked for. The carwash was down. They gave me a complete readout of all the systems within in my car and their status. Very satisfied.

I feel the sales and financing team at Subaru of Rochester took care of me very well. They kept me informed of the stock, and found me a 2026 Outback Limited (CPO with only 2,500 mi) I live 1 1/2 hours away, so they had it delivered to my house, and picked up my car for trade in. I've never had that option before. The convenience was great, but the down side was no one was there to explain the forms I had to fill out at the time of delivery, and so I had to do some calling. The biggest thing I didn't like was before I came to the dealership I asked them if I was to buy a car there, could I take it to any other dealership for warrenty service. They confirmed absolutely! When it came down to it, when I got on location, they clarified, I could go anywhere, but I would have to pay $100 deductible to go elsewhere for servicing.. I felt that was a "bait & switch", In the end, I used that as leverage on my deal and got that waived for the future. Hopefully there will be no "catches" to that when the event when it arrives.

Subaru of Rochester is truly a wonderful dealership!!! The staff is top notch and professional, Olivia got me into a fantastic 2021 outback that we were talking about over the weekend- said I couldn’t make it until Monday morning and was told it be cleaned and gased up for me to take for a test drive and sure enough Monday morning it was ready for me. I’ll be coming back to Subaru of Rochester for all my future vehicle needs.

Every time I get service done at this location the bar is set a little higher. Zoey is amazing and helped us navigate what was most important for regular service on our high mileage car. With money being tight these days, it is a relief to come to a business that isn’t trying to squeeze more money out of you. They work more as a trusted partner. We live 9 hours away and alway make sure we get our service done here when we are in town.

I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra Denali from Penz GMC of Rochester and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Bennett (Sales) was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable about the trucks features and never once made me feel pressured. When she didn't know an answer she didn't try to guess and simply went and asked the manager. Scott (Manager) did an outstanding job walking me through every line item on the proposal, including the trade in, and was patient with my questions until I felt comfortable. It was clear to me that Scott has experience, knowledge, and most importantly patience with the customer experience. Derek (Finance) is extremely knowledgeable and, at my request, moved quickly through thr paperwork but was still able to explain each step so that I understood what I was signing. I felt like I got a fair price on the new truck and trade in which was slightly favorable compared to other local dealerships that quoted me in the previous week. Its clear this team works well together and made this big purchase feel easy and fun rather than stressful.

I found the car I wanted on Cargurus and it was located at Subaru of Rochester in MN. I did everything by text. They worked with me over a couple of days to get the deal I wanted done. The salesman, Gaborik, was helpful in sending a video of the car and pointing out a bonus that hadn't been noted. I had wanted the car delivered to me, but was told they could only deliver 45 miles from the dealership. I luckily have an amazing friend that drove me the 3 + hours it took to get there. Walk through of the tech and car was pretty thorough and, all in all, was a good experience.

Choosing a car and filling out all the paperwork is a lengthy process and Subaru of Rochester did their best to provide water, snacks, a place for our child to play, and anything to make the process go as efficiently as possible. Collins was particularly excellent, he is very professional while being very pleasant as well. I would say affable. This was our third time purchasing a vehicle here, and all three times went rather well, and importantly when things didn't go perfectly, they did well to recover, and being good at that is an important skill they put to great use. Great all around experience, would buy again.
