What a great location and staff. I was traveling when the thermostat went out in my car. I made a stop into this dealership and they immediately were able to assist me. They truly went above and beyond. I asked them to perform a diagnostic to ensure I get home safely and some issues were discovered. Nothing critical, but the service I received here makes me want to come back for the remainder of the repairs. That's how excellent this location served my needs and in a pinch.

Fantastic!!!, unlike other dealerships. The staff is always amazing. We love their commercials. The owner Todd really goes out of his way with service to the consumer. They actually dropped of a car at our house for us to try to a day. Truly amazing.

This service department again is molding into a great group. Led by Tegin and Kevin they reload and regroup without missing a beat. Angela is very very good. No concerns keeping all three Nissan here for their care.

As usual, my experience with GMC of Rochester was great! Service was timely, and waiting for the vehicle was pleasant.

We were attending Mayo Clinic appointments in Rochester MN. My 2022 Subaru Accent had issues and needed a coil replaced. Lauren in the service department was AMAZING!! She knew we had an upcoming appointment so she was in constant communication with the mechanic. As soon as she realized we would have trouble making the appointment time, she loaned us a car. They ended up keeping the car overnight waiting on parts, but she and the wonderful mechanic made sure they got us on our way first thing the next morning so we could begin our drive back to Rapid City South Dakota. Wonderful business and caring team members. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at GMC of Rochester. The staff were very attentive throughout the process. They were also able to accommodate a last minute tire inspection/ repair. I would recommend their service department, and body shop, for their great service.

Technician was very nice found an issue that the vin was recorded wrong in the system and manually corrected the issue. Update: They completed my maintenance in record time!

Always a great experience with the Service Department. Tegin was knowledgeable and good to work with. I have had my Frontier serviced at Nissan of Rochester since 2019 and it currently has 131,000 miles and still running strong! Highly recommend this facility!!

SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEW: I worked with Ben Markowski to resolve a issue regarding my vehicle's software, and am not the most car savvy customer. However, Ben understood my concern and resolved my issue promptly. He is very easy to work with, and I look forward to working with the Service Department again at GMC of Rochester!

Rob sold me the best car at the very best price. I'm still trying to figure out all of its capabilities, but Rob did a really helpful thing by splitting our test drive where he drove first, showing me how to use the car, followed by parking at a nearby gas station and swapping seats so I could more comfortably try out the car. THANKS ROB, YOU GOT A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. SERVICE REVIEW: October 10th, 2025: Ben Markowski is so great to work with! I had some software concerns with my vehicle, and am not super car savvy. Luckily, Ben understood my concerns easily and went above and beyond to resolve it. He kept me informed throughout the process, and was incredibly kind and understanding. Every time I come to the service department, they’re always quick and on time everyone is very friendly smile on their faces and always willing to help the operation They have here is by far The best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, communication is always on point and they always have a loaner for me which being a family man it helps out tremendously the last couple times I’ve dealt with Lauren she’s been amazing. They were done with my vehicle in good time, communicated the problems areas, took the time to fix the issues I decided to have fixed, and washed my Outback as well.

Our 2018 Subaru Outback Radio touch screen started to separate in between the layers, so that the radio would not work and start to scan at random. The people at Rochester Subaru diagnosed the problem quickly, made arrangements to get a replacement radio and exceeded our expectations. If you want good, quality service where they really hear what you are saying, then thus is the place to come.

My partner just bought a Forester that had a few minor things it needed, so I brought it to the service dept here. Car had a rattle in the interior that was driving her nuts and we wanted a CVT drain and fill. Lauren was my service advisor and did a great job with keeping me informed with what was going on. Perfect amount of communication. Not too much not too little and answered my questions quickly. Sorry I accidently tried to steal the loaner keys that was my bad lol. Zach was the tech and props to him for finding the rattle. A lot of times these things are impossible to track down. It was such a light rattle I wasn't sure if they would be able to get it, but Zack came through. Mack (the car owner) is so relived it's gone you made her month. Like really, you have no idea how happy this woman is now that it's gone. Love the service videos they made with the inspection and showing where the rattle was. Made us feel like we got a good value for the money. I would have never gotten that dash back together without snapping trim piece clips. I also would have never guessed the dash was taken apart without he video, as it was put back together perfectly. They gave me a loaner with like 16 miles on it. I was a little nervous to drive a car that new lol, but I settled in nicely. Made for a very comfortable drive home. Glad I didn't peg a deer with it. If we ever need a bigger vehicle I will defiantly be looking at Accents and that incredible moon roof. I'm long winded sorry, but to warp this up, we feel a lot better about the new (to us) vehicle in the garage thanks to the work by Lauren and Zack. If either of you are reading this, thank you for taking care of us. We may not have bought here, but it's nice to know we'll be taken care of by professionals like y'all in the future. I'll be keeping an eye on the tie rods for now and make sure they aren't getting loose. Thanks again, Travis and Mackenzie Goraczkowski.

I was looking to consider to lease a new SUV , I was able to connect electronically, schedule with a sales person, and establish a relationship before I even arrived at the dealership. I was pleased with the welcoming atmosphere and knowledge of various vehicle options. In addition the sales and finance staff collaborated to ensure I had a deal that worked for me, and them. I have owned a Nissan, after this experience, will gladly continue as a satisfied customer, and will recommend to others without hesitation! Nice people from sales to finance

I was stranded at a medical clinic waiting for my son to give me a jump to start my car. I called Shamar at GMC and asked if it was safe to drive once the car was started as there were multiple things flashing. He told me not to worry and to drive to the dealership without a problem. He took care of me when I got to the dealership. It wasn’t long and I was back on the rode. Thanks to Shamar for calming my fears.

Very happy with the service from sales representative Branden and the broader GMC team. They focus on understanding your needs first, not necessarily trying to sell you anything in particular. They are very transparent, honest, and show they care. This immediately showed me they are a party who you can trust. They want you to have a great experience and ultimately make the right decision with regards to purchasing a car. Also the service and follow-up after the initial agreement was great and they were able to deliver the car faster than expected. Great experience purchasing a car from Rochester Subaru! The staff was excellent and had answers for all our questions. I recommend checking them out if you’re interested in a vehicle as Subaru are number 1 in safety!

I contacted the dealership about a used Ford they had just listed on the site. Ian Bergstrom was the salesman that was taking care of me. The truck was listed with a "coming soon" status and was still going through their inspection and maintenance routine, but Ian was able to give me all of the information I asked for very quickly. I didn't have to wait long for him to set me up with a time to check out the vehicle and go for a test drive, and I assume he put a priority status on the maintenance to make it available. After the test drive, I let him know that I hadn't been searching long and that the truck wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Ian was persistent, but in a no-pressure way that I hadn't experienced at a dealership before. After letting him know that I wasn't yet comfortable calling off the search just yet, I was informed that management approved the Penz lifetime powertrain warranty for me: something that this truck didn't meet the typical brand, mileage, or age requirements for. After thinking it over, I let him know that I still wanted to keep searching for a truck that checked all of my boxes. Ian asked for a list of things I wanted that were not met by this vehicle, and I was honest with him. I let him know what I wanted (within reason), and even an overall price that I was comfortable with. The next morning, he told me management approved those items which included an altered price. I purchased the truck and have been driving it for over three months now. I'm still happy with it, but more than that have been happy with the level of effort and support received from Penz. Not only was Ian great to work with, but the sales manager, admins, and financial employees have been great, too. This is the first time I've purchased from a dealership that I didn't feel pushed around or taken advantage of during and after the process. I went in very reserved, wary, and ready to leave as soon as I felt like somebody was trying to pull one over on me. It didn't take long to realize that was unnecessary. I'd again like to say how pleased I was, and remain, with the treatment I received and the conduct of the employees at the GMC location in Rochester. I do feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I left the lot happy with the transaction.

Esad was awesome. We’ve worked with him before. He’s helped us look at several vehicles and buy one before. I called Subaru and set up a test drive and then Esad called me back so that he could help me directly. The car was great and in great condition. It was clean which some other dealers in the area don’t seem to care too much about. They handled everything really smoothly and were super open to questions and feedback. An excellent experience, nicely handled by Esad. Would be happy to work with them again if I need another car.
