We were looking for a car for my son and found one we wanted to see at GMC of Rochester. Worked with Rob and Skyler who were both fantastic. I was honest about looking at other cars while in town, they were both super and let us take our time to view everything we came to see. When we decided to move forward to a purchase they provided a fair trade in value on our car. They provided a fair price on the car we were buying and we added an extended warranty. They fully explained their warranty and guarantee which gave us peace of mind knowing we had 7 days or 700 miles to return policy. They also provided a lifetime power train warranty with two free oil changes/tire rotations if we choose to use them. I hate buying cars and this process was smooth and seamless because of Rob and Skyler. I highly recommend GMC of Rochester if you are looking for a new or used car.

I go to Penz Subaru of Rochester because I like knowing a Subaru trained technician works on my Forester. When I arrived, they had done their homework and could tell me the other service items due besides the oil change/tire rotation, which I really appreciated. They offered me a complementary rental since the service would take longer than expected, even though I had my 6 month old puppy along for the ride! When I returned, the wild card coupon knocked a nice amount off the total which made the trip in for regular maintenance really manageable.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Rochester Subaru! From the moment I called in a panic with my AC not working and having a sick kid they made sure that they got me in one of their loner vehicles till they were able to look at my car and figure out what was going on. Not even a week later I was back in my own vehicle with the AC working like it was a new car. From the moment I arrived in tears before a stressful doctors appointment with my son to the moment I returned in happy tears for how my track team I coach did at state they were there for the highs and lows. Honestly they are more than just a dealership or a shop, they want to make sure you are taken care of and truly love what you drive! I hope the next time I am back, I am looking at upgrading my vehicle.

They actually took the time to get in the car with me for a test drive to confirm what I hearing so they could convey that to the technicians. The service advisor was great at communicating to let me know the status of the repairs. There was no real pressure to upsell any maintenance items but did offer so that was nice as well. Overall a great experience and will be back if and when my vehicle has issues again.

Above and beyond!!! I just got off work and when I started driving my vehicle was making an awful noise and I thought something was horribly broken. I pulled into the service bay, (no prior appointment), David was able to quickly diagnose my issue and thankfully it was nothing more than a rock in the tire! Subaru is always very good at the dealership. Agents were busy inside still one agent came outside and checked me and said that he will clear and get me spot soon which actually he did. I My experience at Rochester Nissan was through helping a friend to purchase a used Toyota Sienna minivan. I had researched area dealerships, and recommended Rochester Nissan to my friend because of the overall positive reviews. Originally we were working with an employee who is no longer with the company. He assured me that this place was the “real deal”, concerned more with customer satisfaction than with making money. Or rather, being one of those rare places that realized that in the long run, customer satisfaction = making money via relationships. A happy customer tells friends and family, leaves a good review, and comes back the next time they need a new vehicle. I’m happy to report that this was, indeed, our experience at Rochester Nissan. My friend ended up with the car he was hoping for, and the folks at Nissan went WAY beyond what I would have hoped for to fix an issue the car had with its AC. The issue turned out to be more than anyone thought, and instead of waffling or making up excuses, the team responded with integrity and responsibility. It was absolutely an experience of “customer first”. This is rare in an age when businesses are often just after our money. It cost Rochester Nissan more financially, but what they got is a relationship – a person who will share his story, recommend their business, and go check out their offerings when it comes time to bring a new vehicle into my life. A big thank-you to the whole team for making this a positive experience and setting my friend up with a reliable vehicle that will serve him for many years to come – including the ice-cold AC!

This was our first experience with the Service Department at Subaru in Rochester, MN. It was for an oil change, tire rotation and general fluid check. All was completed within an hour. Staff was informative and courteous. The waiting room was comfortable for the wait. All went as planned.

The stay in the dealership's customer lounge was very pleasant - good Wi-Fi, lots of complimentary snacks, soda, and water. The place overall and the men's room in particular are kept very clean.

I was on a road trip when my Subaru was due for its first service. They didn’t have any appointments for over a week, so I did the drop-in service. They told me when I dropped it off that it might be three hours because they’d been very busy. My car was ready in just under three hours. They obviously emphasize Customer Service because they took great pains to make sure that everyone was comfortable as they waited, and at the end they explained everything they had checked and done to my car. Everything worked fine afterwards and they gave my car a complementary car wash.

It was a wonderful experience. Had shopped the. Internet for vehicles and pricing. Needed to physically see the different models and trim packages. We live in Red Wing and Rochester was closer. The plan was to visit different dealerships and shop. The staff and salespeople at Penz were very friendly. Not pushy. Very accommodating as we looked and test drove 4-6 vehicles. Our salesman ,Gbaorik,was very helpful. If he didn't have the answers,he sought it out quickly. He made it our experience and did a great job. The financing is a whole nother part to the buy. But, Ally,was very professional, not pushy and ww talked through what we wanted for plans and she had good feedback without making us feel uncomfortable if I said "No thanks."i It takes time to buy that car you want,but we finalized and walked out feeling good about the whole experience. It's been awhile since we did a vehicle purchase,especially new. But,they were excellent.

Excellent experience! I have told all of my friends. The customer service tops all. It's immaculate inside and they serve coffee, etc A very nice touch. They support the community in multiple facets. They are very generous to support other great causes. I am in love with my car. I hadn't originally planned on buying a Subaru but I am sold on this whole situation. And they follow up with everything. If you need a vehicle this is the place to go. Hands down. Their theme is "LOVE" and this is evident. Christianity is part of their life and it shows. I also returned to work with a professional sales man, Alex P. Great experience. My experience on March 31st with Trevor and the Service Department was wonderful. I could not have asked for a better experience. Keep up the good work. I gave told many Mankato people what a wonderful job your dealership and service department do.. Now on my third Outback from Rochester Subaru. Great experience. My salesman, Collin was wonderful and Jake the GM was very friendly and professional. People at Subaru are always great. If you are purchasing a new automobile, I’m not sure how important customer service is to you vs having a great car. At Subaru the cars are great and the customer service is great.

It was easy to book an appointment online. I was welcomed in to the garage on time. They did a thorough assessment of my car as well as the maintenance that I had asked for. The carwash was down. They gave me a complete readout of all the systems within in my car and their status. Very satisfied.

I feel the sales and financing team at Subaru of Rochester took care of me very well. They kept me informed of the stock, and found me a 2026 Outback Limited (CPO with only 2,500 mi) I live 1 1/2 hours away, so they had it delivered to my house, and picked up my car for trade in. I've never had that option before. The convenience was great, but the down side was no one was there to explain the forms I had to fill out at the time of delivery, and so I had to do some calling. The biggest thing I didn't like was before I came to the dealership I asked them if I was to buy a car there, could I take it to any other dealership for warrenty service. They confirmed absolutely! When it came down to it, when I got on location, they clarified, I could go anywhere, but I would have to pay $100 deductible to go elsewhere for servicing.. I felt that was a "bait & switch", In the end, I used that as leverage on my deal and got that waived for the future. Hopefully there will be no "catches" to that when the event when it arrives.

Subaru of Rochester is truly a wonderful dealership!!! The staff is top notch and professional, Olivia got me into a fantastic 2021 outback that we were talking about over the weekend- said I couldn’t make it until Monday morning and was told it be cleaned and gased up for me to take for a test drive and sure enough Monday morning it was ready for me. I’ll be coming back to Subaru of Rochester for all my future vehicle needs.

Every time I get service done at this location the bar is set a little higher. Zoey is amazing and helped us navigate what was most important for regular service on our high mileage car. With money being tight these days, it is a relief to come to a business that isn’t trying to squeeze more money out of you. They work more as a trusted partner. We live 9 hours away and alway make sure we get our service done here when we are in town.

I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra Denali from Penz GMC of Rochester and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Bennett (Sales) was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable about the trucks features and never once made me feel pressured. When she didn't know an answer she didn't try to guess and simply went and asked the manager. Scott (Manager) did an outstanding job walking me through every line item on the proposal, including the trade in, and was patient with my questions until I felt comfortable. It was clear to me that Scott has experience, knowledge, and most importantly patience with the customer experience. Derek (Finance) is extremely knowledgeable and, at my request, moved quickly through thr paperwork but was still able to explain each step so that I understood what I was signing. I felt like I got a fair price on the new truck and trade in which was slightly favorable compared to other local dealerships that quoted me in the previous week. Its clear this team works well together and made this big purchase feel easy and fun rather than stressful.

I found the car I wanted on Cargurus and it was located at Subaru of Rochester in MN. I did everything by text. They worked with me over a couple of days to get the deal I wanted done. The salesman, Gaborik, was helpful in sending a video of the car and pointing out a bonus that hadn't been noted. I had wanted the car delivered to me, but was told they could only deliver 45 miles from the dealership. I luckily have an amazing friend that drove me the 3 + hours it took to get there. Walk through of the tech and car was pretty thorough and, all in all, was a good experience.

Our second vehicle purchased from Subaru of Rochester. Smooth experience the whole way through. Very comfortable atmosphere. Esad and the sales team were all very knowledgeable and did not pressure us in any way. We found the prices and warranty options were better than purchasing a Subaru from other dealerships we visited in the area.

I’ve always endured great experiences working with Tim in the service department. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and communicates clearly throughout the entire process. What I appreciate most is how easy he makes everything. Whether it’s routine maintenance or repairs, he keeps me informed and gives the extra effort to provide excellent customer service. On more than one occasion, he has arranged to pick up my vehicle and return it when the work was completed, which saved me time and made the entire process incredibly convenient. Choosing a car and filling out all the paperwork is a lengthy process and Subaru of Rochester did their best to provide water, snacks, a place for our child to play, and anything to make the process go as efficiently as possible. Collins was particularly excellent, he is very professional while being very pleasant as well. I would say affable. This was our third time purchasing a vehicle here, and all three times went rather well, and importantly when things didn't go perfectly, they did well to recover, and being good at that is an important skill they put to great use. Great all around experience, would buy again.
