I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Rochester Subaru! From the moment I called in a panic with my AC not working and having a sick kid they made sure that they got me in one of their loner vehicles till they were able to look at my car and figure out what was going on. Not even a week later I was back in my own vehicle with the AC working like it was a new car. From the moment I arrived in tears before a stressful doctors appointment with my son to the moment I returned in happy tears for how my track team I coach did at state they were there for the highs and lows. Honestly they are more than just a dealership or a shop, they want to make sure you are taken care of and truly love what you drive! I hope the next time I am back, I am looking at upgrading my vehicle.

They actually took the time to get in the car with me for a test drive to confirm what I hearing so they could convey that to the technicians. The service advisor was great at communicating to let me know the status of the repairs. There was no real pressure to upsell any maintenance items but did offer so that was nice as well. Overall a great experience and will be back if and when my vehicle has issues again.

I’ve always had a great experience at Nissan of Rochester, the people there are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. With 2 brand new cars I’ve purchased over a 10 year period I feel very happy with the purchases and the process and how easy they made it..

Above and beyond!!! I just got off work and when I started driving my vehicle was making an awful noise and I thought something was horribly broken. I pulled into the service bay, (no prior appointment), David was able to quickly diagnose my issue and thankfully it was nothing more than a rock in the tire! He was able to fit me in quickly to take care of it and I was on my way. Thank you!! You Rock! :)

Subaru is always very good at the dealership. Agents were busy inside still one agent came outside and checked me and said that he will clear and get me spot soon which actually he did. Ricky and Josh took their presious time to check the vehicle and actually compared my concerns with another same model vehicle. Very good service, thank you

We bought a used Subby from another dealership and brought it in for needed repairs. The service was easy to schedule, we understood what needed repair and the team kept us updated on progress and costs. We also appreciated the loaner car while the work was being done. Thanks, we’ll be back… hopefully not real soon though

I My experience at Rochester Nissan was through helping a friend to purchase a used Toyota Sienna minivan. I had researched area dealerships, and recommended Rochester Nissan to my friend because of the overall positive reviews. Originally we were working with an employee who is no longer with the company. He assured me that this place was the “real deal”, concerned more with customer satisfaction than with making money. Or rather, being one of those rare places that realized that in the long run, customer satisfaction = making money via relationships. A happy customer tells friends and family, leaves a good review, and comes back the next time they need a new vehicle. I’m happy to report that this was, indeed, our experience at Rochester Nissan. My friend ended up with the car he was hoping for, and the folks at Nissan went WAY beyond what I would have hoped for to fix an issue the car had with its AC. The issue turned out to be more than anyone thought, and instead of waffling or making up excuses, the team responded with integrity and responsibility. It was absolutely an experience of “customer first”. This is rare in an age when businesses are often just after our money. It cost Rochester Nissan more financially, but what they got is a relationship – a person who will share his story, recommend their business, and go check out their offerings when it comes time to bring a new vehicle into my life. A big thank-you to the whole team for making this a positive experience and setting my friend up with a reliable vehicle that will serve him for many years to come – including the ice-cold AC!

This was our first experience with the Service Department at Subaru in Rochester, MN. It was for an oil change, tire rotation and general fluid check. All was completed within an hour. Staff was informative and courteous. The waiting room was comfortable for the wait. All went as planned.

I brought my car in for service today and received excellent, professional, and friendly care from John Shaw, Certified Service Advisor. I was kept apprised of the work throughout the process. The stay in the dealership's customer lounge was very pleasant - good Wi-Fi, lots of complimentary snacks, soda, and water. The place overall and the men's room in particular are kept very clean.

Here for a routine oil change and to have a rock removed from the brake area. Had a lot of errands to do in a short amount of time. They let me get a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. Thank you so much!! Great experience!

No one ever wants to hear they need new tires on a newer car with less than 32K miles. John did everything possible to make it as painless as possible. Overall was very satisfied with the work done at the dealership.

Showed up today for a routine service in which David attended to me and was super helpful answering my questions and setting me up with a rental for the day. The mechanic who worked on my car was awesome giving detailed explanation on what was being done and possible things to be on the look out for in the future. Definitely continue bringing my car in to get serviced! 10/10

I was on a road trip when my Subaru was due for its first service. They didn’t have any appointments for over a week, so I did the drop-in service. They told me when I dropped it off that it might be three hours because they’d been very busy. My car was ready in just under three hours. They obviously emphasize Customer Service because they took great pains to make sure that everyone was comfortable as they waited, and at the end they explained everything they had checked and done to my car. Everything worked fine afterwards and they gave my car a complementary car wash.

Excellent service, regular updates, friendly attitudes, professional/relaxed atmosphere, nice amenities in the waiting room. Seemingly an efficient and straightforward work order system, with genuinely happy staff sans the chaos and confusion of other dealerships I've seen.

Went to another mechanic first and told I had a transmission problem. They quoted me $10,000.Went Subaru fully prepared to need a new transmission and work on doing a payment plan.Not only did they realize the other mechanic was wrong but the were able to fix for much $1,600. They got my car done within a day. Mechanics were very up front with me and made sure I got my car back right away.

We recently purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride SX from Spring Valley Chevy in Minnesota, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Elliot was super. I have never experienced a car salesman as thorough and accommodating as Elliott. Answered all questions. Toured us through the whole facility. Jake and Jeremiah also so personable and helpful. No pressure from anyone. We drove out with a Crosstrek Wilderness. We love it. Just took our Crosstrek in for its first oil change (which was free). I was in and out in about 30 minutes. This dealership really makes the extra effort to make you happy.

Had our Forester serviced at Penz Subaru in Rochester. Great service with communication throughout the day when it was getting serviced. They communicate via text which was convenient during my work day. Their van service is very convenient. When I’ve had service that has taken a few days I’ve been able to rent a car.
